Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups ( 375 ml) almond milk
  • 2 cups (500 g) wheat flour
  • ¼ cup (62.5 ml) coconut oil
  • ¼ cup (62.5 ml) creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup (62.5 ml) agave nectar substitute for honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth in a medium bowl.
  • Spray waffle iron with coconut oil non stick spray.
  • Pour batter evenly across waffle iron.
  • Cook until golden brown.

Notes

Serve with maple syrup, extra peanut butter, and fruit!!
