Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ( 375 ml) almond milk
  • 2 cups (500 g) wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) agave nectar substitute for honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth in a medium bowl.
  2. Spray waffle iron with coconut oil non stick spray.
  3. Pour batter evenly across waffle iron.
  4. Cook until golden brown.
