Coconut Pistachio Granola
Coconut Pistachio Granola made with maple syrup, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, toasted coconut flakes, and pistachios. Easy homemade granola recipe!

- 3 Cups Whole Oats
- 1 Cup Shelled Pistachios
- ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Cup Coconut Chips
- 2 Tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ Cups Light Brown Sugar
- ⅓ Cup coconut Oil melted
- ½ Cup Maple Syrup
Preheat oven to 350 F (176 C) and line a large rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl mix together oats, pistachios, sunflower seeds, coconut chips, and flax seeds.
In separate bowl whisk together coconut oil ,maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt.
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring with spatula until evenly coated.
Bake at 30-35 min or until golden brown, stirring 2-3 times to prevent burning.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Once cooled it will become crunchy!
Store in air tight container at room temperature.
