Creamy Salted Caramel Mudslide Cocktail is the perfect caramel cockatil thats made with Irish Cream and homemade Salted Caramel!

Ingredients

Salted Caramel Mudslide

  • 2-3 Tbsp Homemade Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee Liquor
  • 1.5 oz Irish Cream
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream
  • Garnish

Sugared Rosemary Garnish

  • 4-5 Rosemary Sprigs
  • Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar for coating

Instructions

Sugared Rosemary Sprigs

  • In a small saucepan on medium heat bring ⅓ Cup Water and 1 Cup Granulated Sugar to a low boil. Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and gently stir the 4-5 rosemary sprigs into the sugar. Place sprigs on parchment paper to dry for 1-2 hrs.
  • Once liquid sugar has firmed onto rosemary gently coat them in granulated sugar. Then use as garnish.

Salted Caramel Mudslide

  • Make Homemade Caramel Sauce prior and store in fridge.
  • Take a 250 ml glass and dribble caramel sauce around the inside of the glass with a spoon.
  • Place three square ice cubes in the glass.
  • Combine vodka, coffee liquor, Irish cream, and heavy cream into a shaker. Shake to mix then pour into glass over ice.
  • Garnish with sugared rosemary sprig for a festive look.
