A Love for Baking

My story begins in a kitchen in North Carolina as a young girl with a raging sweet tooth, into a food photographer, stylist, and recipe developer. I’ve baked my may through Nashville, TN, onto Louisville, KY, then Chicago, Illinois, and now I bake from my home in Bordeaux, France.

I’m a French trained, American baker with a love for fresh seasonal ingredients, pie dough, rustic cakes, herby breads, and rich ice cream. All the recipes on Two Cups Flour have been thoroughly tested using weight in grams, quality ingredients, and at home equipment.
